The listed prices are per night for 2 people and include the inclusive services, excluding the local tax of € 3,10 per night and person (from the age of 14) and the final cleaning (50€ - 60€), which will be paid on site.
Children's prices & additional persons
0 - 1.99 years: from € 2-15
2 - 9.99 years: from € 19-23
10 - 17.99 years: from € 23-27
18 years and up: from € 29-33
A parking place in our garage costs € 6 per day, while a session in the solarium costs € 8. Bathrobes (adults & children) are available for € 8. A pet dog accompanying a guest is charged € 16 per day (food is extra).
To secure your booking, a € 400 deposit (per each apartment/week) must be sent to us – no later than 7 days after making your reservation. The deposit should be sent as follows:

The booking becomes binding once a deposit has been paid and the booking confirmation has been sent.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
If you cancel between 29 – 7 days before your arrival, you’ll be charged 80% of the quoted price of the apartment (less extras).
If you cancel under 7 days prior to your arrival, you may be charged up to 100% of the total price.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
This will happen if new occupants for the apartment cannot be found within that short period of time.
To avoid disappointments or possible financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in advance.
On your date of arrival, the apartment will be ready for occupation from 14.00 onwards. On your day of departure, we ask you to kindly vacate the apartment no later than 10.00.
Breakfast buffet is freshly laid out every day, with regional products. Adults are charged € 23 per person, while children from 6 years to under 10 years pay € 14 each. Children below 6 years are charged € 12 each. Alternatively, your breakfast can be served outside on the sun terrace.
